What is the role about?

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Professional with strong expertise in Bulgarian employment law to support an immediate project requirement. This role is critical in ensuring compliance and smooth execution of both individual and collective consultation processes, alongside the associated HR administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide specialist advice on Bulgarian employment law and ensure full regulatory compliance.

  • Support individual and collective consultation processes.

  • Advise stakeholders on process and ensure process compliance is followed.

  • Manage end-to-end consultation workflows, including planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Ensure legally compliant and consistent handling of employee relations cases.

  • Prepare and maintain high-quality HR documentation aligned with audit and governance standards.

  • Support clear, structured communication with employees and representatives throughout the processes.

  • Monitor progress of consultation activities and ensure all statutory timelines are met.

  • Identify and escalate employment law and reputational risks where appropriate.

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. The project teams are often a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM and video calls.
