What is the role about?
We’re looking for an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of a large-scale HR organisational change. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR, senior stakeholders, and external partners to translate a strategic vision into a structured, actionable plan — and deliver it with clarity, pace, and precision.
Responsibilities will include:
College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
Developing and executing a detailed HR transformation implementation plan
Defining clear roles and responsibilities for the delivery phase
Project managing all phases to successful completion across multiple geographies and time zones
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and third-party vendors
Supporting local consultation processes across multiple countries in line with local employment laws
Monitoring timelines, risks, and change impacts to ensure smooth delivery
Acting as the bridge between strategic HRBP leadership and operational delivery
As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. The project teams are often a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM and video calls.
