VirtualResource (VR) is a boutique consultancy supporting companies to optimise their HR systems and Workday. We strive to be the go-to company that partners with businesses to optimise their HR technology landscape.
What is the role about?
We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant who has implemented and supported Workday Adaptive Planning, to work ad hoc hours on projects where the need for adaptive planning expertise has been identified. Only experienced Workday Consultants to apply please.
As a Workday Adaptive Planning, you will be a pivotal member of the VirtualResource team, focusing on:
Ensuring the seamless deployment and post-deployment service delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions tailored landscape of the customer.
Handling all configuration and functional adjustments required in the client environment and responding to customer cases based on prioritization.

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
Job requirements
What skills are we looking for?
Must have Skills Required
At least 4 years’ experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (certification is an advantage)
Comfortable configuring changes and determining downstream effects
Expert with functionality related to Adaptive Planning
Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver
Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications
Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
Other Qualifications/Skills that will be beneficial but not mandatory
College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
Software Design Courses
As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe, so long as you are authorised to work in the UK or Europe without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
